Before showering, gently dry brush the skin starting with the outer parts of the body and working your way toward the heart. Start with the feet and gently brush up the legs (front and back), the torso, back and under the breast area towards the arm pits. Then start with the palm of hands, the back of hands moving up the arms (inside and outer) towards the shoulders. Afterwards get in shower using your favorite shower gel soap to cleanse away toxins and dead skin cells. You will feel refreshed and your skin will love you!
